Not a Fair View

Dear Editor,
The article on the Grove development did not present a fair view of the Rosedale Neighborhood Association or its members, the Allens ["The House on 45th Street," News, April 1]. We all know that this project will proceed. There has been much back-and-forth discussion (including the house removal), yes; however, we were awaiting the transportation study. It was abruptly ended and not shared. Anyone who sees the graphic that was printed in your article should shudder at the thought of the congestion that we will be faced with at MoPac and 45th. The impact will reach well beyond the scope of our neighborhood.
