expressly] because of two factors: 1) a routine culture of aggression embodying the idea that personal" decisions – drug consumption, abortion, domestic companionship – may be reflexively addressed by society in an ostensibly free country; and 2) our founders' guarantee that the common (militia-)man is eternally entitled to bear arms at least comparable to those brandished by the King's men (i.e., the S.W.A.T. team).
