Re: "Bicycle Road Rage?" [“Postmarks,” Nov. 5]: “Bicycle Rage” has moved from the streets to the sidewalks of Austin as speeding bicycle bullies blast and block pedestrians without warning horns or night lights. The auto "carbarians" were dangerous enough, but now it's war with the "handle-barbarians.”
