Problems at KUT

Dear Editor,
For years now, the management of KUT has been whittling away the freedom of its talented programmers. We must speak with our ears and our donations. Want adventurous music programming? Check out KAOS pirate radio, KOOP, KVRX, or KMFA. KAOS also has an excellent global politics show called Antiwar Radio With Scott Horton.
Let's just do what we've always done when the yuppie pricks move in around us – move to the next frontier. We can no more stop the corporatization of KUT than we can stop assholes from flipping houses on the Eastside.
When you donate money to KUT, know that a huge chunk of it goes to management salaries, the very people who are making the music programming there suck.
