Republicans Are Traitors

Dear Editor,
People are noticing that the defeated Repubs are acting even crazier than usual. But I knew they were crazy ever since Ronald Reagan. If you'll recall, Reaganomics was supposed to pay off the deficit. Instead, it created a deficit bigger than the Crab Nebula. And the Repubs didn't notice! Ruh-uh! On the contrary, instead of admitting they were wrong and retooling, as a rational person would do, the wing nuts actually hired people (the right-wing think tanks) to cook the stats to "prove" their failed policies worked! It's been crazier and crazier ever since. Bill Clinton drove them nuts, too – paying off the deficit, making the economy boom. Clinton wound up tied with Franklin D. Roosevelt as most popular president of the 20th century, despite an intransigently hostile media and a multimillion-dollar smear campaign. That's practically a miracle. Republicans are a creepy minority of Nazi wannabes who cheated their way into power for a few years; subjected America to the political equivalent of a prolonged, sadistic rape; then got thrown out when everything went down the toilet. And you know full well that every Republican in America is praying every day for another terror attack or a Great Depression. They don't care how many people get killed – just so long as it hurts the Democrats. They are traitors.
