Dear Editor, Here in the United States of Soviet Republicans (the Reds), as previously noted, glorious Party Chairman Bush mastered the art of doublespeak. His artful use of “mission accomplished,” “compassionate conservatism,” and other duplicities in policy statements has helped him maintain control here in the USSR. With his eventual departure from the party leadership, it’s comforting to know that comrade Palin will be there to take up the party mantle. Her clever use of the “bridge to nowhere” deception, her sly incantation of being a reformer, while still garnering largesse from corporations is nothing short of genius, and her witty retorts of leadership skills of one of the country’s least populous states shall echo through the Motherland for years to come. It is clear she will be able to lead her fellow Soviet Republicans into a grand, glorious future. With her rousing support, the Reds will remain in power and continue the Bush/Cheney regime of corporate dominance over Washington.
