Growth is not the reason for Austin's problems; it's people like Marshall Escamilla [“Postmarks” online, Dec. 22] whose giant asshole of a mouth has sullied the laid-back lifestyle that used to be the hook that drew many people here. Now, it's opportunists like him who have crowded in to take over. It'll be my pleasure to leave this place, so you and all the other amenity lovers can writhe over what's left.
