Nobody Is Above the Law

RECEIVED Fri., Jan. 27, 2006

Dear Editor,
For the record, I am not a lonely and angry person, just a person that believes when something is wrong or someone is being abused, communication is the key.
Since it appears in Mr. James Chapman's comments on Nov. 11, 2005 ["Postmarks"], he must be or work for one of the valet services who refuse to abide by the city ordinance that includes guidelines to be followed.
Since the city of Austin ROW management personnel couldn't get the valet's attention with tickets and some of the valet personnel's arrogance toward individuals who complain, I am sure the recent towing of vehicles left parked in the valet parking space by APD should send a message.
Furthermore, my definition of a loser you claim me to be is a person as yourself that hides behind a keyboard!
Obey the valet ordinance or find your customers picking-up their vehicles at Southside.
The towing of vehicles in front of Roy's this past Sunday evening should send a message that nobody is above the law!
