Dear Editor, In regards to Dana Cloud's letter "I Support Nader" ["Postmarks," Oct. 15] in which she states "History tells us that movements alone can win progressive reforms, pressuring even Nixon's administration to defend funding for social services and appoint justices to the court that handed down Roe v. Wade," I would like to direct to her two questions: In which ways have movements been able to win progressive reforms from the Bush administration? Do you believe that Bush will appoint Supreme Court justices that will uphold the Roe vs. Wade decision that you seem to hold in high regard?
