We invite the public to join with Veterans for Peace in our weekly vigil in front of the Capitol every Friday, 5-6pm. We appreciate all the honking, waving, thumbs up, peace signs, and other positive feedback from the folks driving by. It is particularly encouraging to see these responses from government employees when a postal worker, bus driver, or police officer responds in this way. Those of you with negative feedback, we appreciate the fact that at least you are thinking. For the rare inarticulate individual with only a single finger extended, you are halfway there.
