This Week's Waste of Time
For pride, the gayest of free online games

Can you feel the gay? It's all around you, just a bit more noticeable this weekend. You should get out and show your pride and/or support the pride of others. But, on the off chance you're quarantined this weekend, here's a browser quick game that's sure to bring out the gay in anyone.
Historically, gaming has been a bit on the homophobic side. From the gaming jargon that uses the word "gay" to describe something lame to ubiquitous buxom babes both in games and at the gaming trade show booths. I realize there's a large teenage boy demographic to please, but I'm still waiting for Nathan Drake to show off that digitized bod of his (a half-shirt perhaps). And while I always thought Mario and Luigi kept going after the Princess merely for quality time together, there are very few gay characters that are anything other than caricatures.
Search "gay flash games" and it's depressing (or rewarding depending on your aim) to find a large amount of interactive porn games. There was also The Gay Cat Adventure, but that's inexplicable for so many reasons. What I kept coming back to was Robot Unicorn Attack, if for no other reason then for the resemblance to our own Gay Place logo. There's also the uber-gay Erasure soundtrack that accompanies your prancing and jumping. You really should check out the "Always" video.
Click here to play the gay way.
Enjoy.
