The Good
Oregon’s marriage ban has been overturned, effective immediately.
Alan Turing will receive a tribute that acknowledges his homosexuality, one year after the British hero was pardoned for his “gross indecency” conviction.
Opposition to same-sex marriage stands at 52%, but opponents are doomed, doomed!
NOM may pay for allegedly violating Maine’s campaign finance laws in its fight against marriage equality.

California’s attempt to legislate safer sex in porn might backfire, and might even push performers into seedier, more dangerous outlets.
