Two U.S. departments recognize marriage rights, India is up in arms, and gay tweens and teens: There's an app for that, as your AggreGAYtor ponders the problematic conflation of the terms "free market" and "free enterprise."
The Good
The federal government will now recognize same-sex marriages both at customs and on our FAFSA forms. Medicare coverage of gender reassignment surgery is on the radar too.
India’s anti-gay ruling has sparked a wave of protests.
Apple has approved a new gay app for minors.
The Bad
Apparently nobody does recalcitrant like Oklahoma, where marriage ban challenges can sit for nine years.
The Fugly
Gay rights have killed capitalism, and freedom, because they mean the same thing.
The National Organization for Marriage cares more about bathrooms than marriage these days.
