What happened today in gay? Here’s your QILTBAG recap of queer news.
9:45AM, Tue. Oct. 22, 2013
New Jersey and parts of Australia catch up, bathroom panic is the new forest fire, and Stephen Baldwin, umm, something about relevance, as your AggreGAYtor probes the aliens.
The Good
Chris Christie takes a primary gamble by backing off the marriage fight, and future senator Cory Booker starts marrying the gays on day one.
‘Mos in Canberra can now get married; here’s hoping when they make it nationwide, we get a song like they gave us in New Zealand.
Sports teams are overtaking bars as an outlet for homosexual social activity. May we suggest flânerie?
Marriage is a conservative value. Uhh, b’duh.
The Bad
Remember all the fabricated stories about bathroom harrassment by trans folk? Apparently just using the bathroom is harassment enough.
The Fugly
Stephen Baldwin has some things to say about ex-gays. “I’m no rocket scientist…” Also, he’s been abducted by Republican aliens on a UFO, or somesuch.
Vice co-founder Gavin McInnes gives us an impressive display of masculinity.
It Came from the Tubes
