The “Kumbaya Session” of the Texas Legislature ended its commitment to avoiding culture-war nonsense when the Special Session began, but Texans are stepping up and speaking out.

Scalia says judges should not weigh in on moral issues, like homosexuality, but should, well, leave it up to the whim of the majority.
