A judge in Clearwater, Fla., ruled in favor of FTM transgender dude Julio (nee Julia) Roberto Silverwolf to continue receiving agreed upon alimony payments from ex-spouse Lawrence Roach:
"Circuit Judge Jack R. St. Arnold
ruled that in the eyes of the law, nothing changed significantly enough to free Roach from his $1,250-a-month obligation."
Well, duh. It's not like Silverwolf's new manself will be released from any car payments or house payments or contracts or debts he incurred from back in his Julia days, now, will he?
