Among the Texas chefs on the lineup are Brian Light of Ronin in Bryan, Michael Fojtasek of upscale Southern restaurant Olamaie, Ben Runkle of Salt & Time, pastry chef and Canje head honcho Tavel Bristol-Joseph, Suerte’s Fermín Núñez, and Sonya Cote of Store House Market & Eatery in Bastrop.

National talent includes Mr. Charm City Cakes himself, Duff Goldman; Chopped judge Scott Conant; North Carolina restaurateur Ashley Christiansen; Food Network’s Maneet Chauhan, and more.

Luck Potluck takes place at Willie Nelson’s Luck, TX ranch on March 16. Tickets go on sale February 7. The sold-out Luck Reunion follows on March 17; additional “Lucky Draw” tickets go on sale on Janaury 27.
