Conference caters to writers trying to break into the biz
By Kimberley Jones, 4:37PM, Fri. Jun. 8, 2012

Just a few days left to take advantage of early registration prices for the Writers' League of Texas annual Agents and Editors Conference.
The conference, now in its 18th year, gets struggling writers in the same rooms as industry professionals, with two days of programming that includes panels, lectures, and even one-on-one consultations (the latter will cost you a little extra). Drawing on his experience at Simon & Schuster and Macmillan and Holt, among others publishing houses, Alan Rinzler will keynote the 2012 conference.
The conference takes place June 22-24; early registration ends June 10. Find out more information about here.
