Oh, Why NOT be Onstage in the New Year?
That is, if you think you have the chops

For real, citizen.
Well, you'd be pretending, yes,
but it'd be pretending for real –
if you see what we mean.
Like, what actors do.
If you're an actor,
or if you only act like an actor,
you could act your Mamet-loving ass off in
the local production of Glengarry Glen Ross
that Melissa Livingston will be directing for
A Chick & A Dude Productions.
That's right: Follow that link and sign your ass up.
Or, if you don't have the skills for that,
but you do have some other skills that need flexing,
some skills that have nothing to do with pretending,
you could help out with the upcoming spectacle that is FronteraFest
as a box office attendant, house manager, board operator,
stage manager, or somesuch.
They need volunteers, yes, and they'll even pay you something.
Not much,
because it's all about the guts and the glory, but something.
Check the opportunities out here!
