Such is the case with the large dip in northwest Austin, on the quietly residential Hart Lane. Surrounded by middle-class homes, the straight and smooth lane makes it a worry-free place to get off the brakes. The road is also a favorite with the local Anderson High seniors, and the hill has been the victim of a few spray-painting pranks that can be seen with permanent clarity as the g-forces flip your stomach.
