The Third Annual Ice Cream Fesitval happened on August 15th at Waterloo Park. Besides tons of ice cream, there were miniature carnival rides, rock climbing wall, a petting zoo, an ice cream screaming contest, an ice cream eating contest and a popsicle building contest for everyone to participate in.
