Founded in 2004 by Ellen Bartel, Dance Carousel – 40 dances in 40 minutes – is being re-introduced into the community after an 11-year hiatus. Dog & Owner Look-Alike, Freestyle, Best Groomed, Gnarliest Beard, Sweetest Stache, Old Timer, and Best in Show categories.
