Chibi rollergirls strike!

Last reminders: Tonight sees the second bout of the ’08 season for the Texas Rollergirls. It’s an off-week for the Hell Marys as the visitors from Oklahoma City, the Tornado Alley Roller Girls, wheel onto TXRG home turf to face the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers. For the home bout, the Hustlers, who had a bumpy start to the season, will be looking to put a deep notch in their boots by taking down the ever-impressive Hotrod Honeys.

The bout goes down tonight, Sunday, April 6 (doors 6.30pm) at Playland Skate Center, 8822 McCann, plus there’s the afterparty at Creekside Lounge. Oh, and this week’s spotlight charity is local teen pregnancy rights information source Jane’s Due Process
