Get your w00t on! The one and only Wil Wheaton, aka Wesley Crusher from Star Trek: The Next Generation, is coming to Wizard World Comic Con in Austin, making the show reunion complete.

When the local edition of the traveling comic, pop culture and genre festival announced the ST: TNG re-union, we were beyond thrilled. The whole bridge crew, including Patrick Stewart, was confirmed, but no WW. The master of all-things geektastic was also AWOL in 2010 when his own assembly of wonder, the legendary w00tstock, came to town (he was ably replaced by none other than Sandman creator Neil Gaiman.) Now Wizard World has snagged the man that created the whole “location x, I am in you” meme will be dropping in to Austin.

He’s not the only genre icon added. Michael Rooker (best known around here as the eponymous murderer in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer) re-unites with his The Walking Dead co-star Norman Reedus to tell tales of Merle and Daryl Dixon, the show’s deadly brothers.

Wizard World Austin Comic Con runs Oct. 26-28. More info at www.wizardworld.com.
