When James Cameron needed someone for a bug hunt, or to nuke an underwater civilization or travel through time to father his own future commander, who did he turn to but Michael Biehn? Now the Eighties action icon will be at the Alamo Drafthouse for two big screenings this weekend.
Best known as the star of The Abyss and The Terminator, ’round here we like to think of Biehn as the bbq-sauce craving Sheriff Hague from Grindhouse and that lunger-hating sociopath Johnny Ringo in Tombstone, Biehn will be attending two screenings on Saturday, Jan. 14, at the Alamo South Lamar: First, greatest-action-sci-fi-sequel-ever contender Aliens, and then a special screening of his newest post-apocalyptic jaunt The Divide.
For you fans of nuking the site from orbit (it is, after all, the only way to be sure) tickets for the 7pm Aliens screening are still available, and there are also seats for the 10.30pm showing of The Divide via the Drafthouse website.
