Three thousand Williamson County voters need to double-check where they will vote on Election Day after the county’s Elections Department gave them the wrong location. After staff made a database error, WilCo residents across nine precincts were sent notification postcards with incorrect info on them: Some put them in the wrong precinct, and others had the wrong polling location. Voters may early vote at any polling location but must vote at their assigned precinct location Nov. 4. The Elections Department is sending out corrected cards. Check www.wilcogov.org/elections for a complete list of polling locations.
