In our second ever episode, Chronicle City Hall reporter Austin Sanders discusses his cover story “At the Crossroads of Homelessness,” explaining the new changes to Austin’s homeless ordinance, what it means for the decriminalization of homelessness, and why it’s got so many people upset. Also on this episode, Arts Listings editor Wayne Alan Brenner previews The Living Coast, a multimedia production about the Great Galveston Hurricane of 1900 which will be performed tonight at Stateside at the Paramount.
