Spring ain’t sprung just yet. Last week’s feature on condo-proliferation, “We Were the Urban Pioneers,” accidentally ran a photo of the
under-construction Monarch condominiums while identifying them as the Spring condominiums. Construction hasn’t started on Spring, which will sit atop the recently closed Tambaleo nightclub (see picture), close to the Monarch. While this in-house error is unfortunate, we feel it in no way diminishes from the story, which makes clear Spring isn’t built yet. Another day, another condo …
