The Austin Chronicle is an independent, locally owned and operated alternative newsweekly that reflects the heart and soul of Austin, Texas.
After the Winter Soldier hearings held by Iraq Veterans Against the War on Feb. 28 (see our footage of that event here), the anti-war activists marched down to City Hall for a brief rally.
The highlight of the event for many was an appearance by Linda Porter, mother of Casey Porter, whose videos have given a vivid insight into life on the ground in Iraq.
