Opponents of building new cell-phone antenna arrays are probably having a conniption fit right now at the seemingly endless cadre of TV trucks and satellite uplink arrays that has sprouted up in front of Debate Central (I swear, you can feel the air getting warm around there).
But a small, serious point: Don’t try to drive through the university tonight. And Red River may be a bit crazier than usual, with bus diversions and extra traffic heading to watching parties. Speaking of which, don’t forget the official Texas Democratic Party at Hyatt is sold out, and apparently the cue for the students-only UT Student Senate debate party is at “don’t even bother anymore” status.
