APD and Fran’s Day Care

Posted here are pages 28 through 69 of a 72-page printout of the Austin Police Department report on the Fran’s Day Care investigation, which appears to include all the APD investigators’ notes on subject interviews, physical investigations, and similar matters. It is reproduced in the format released by APD, through the city of Austin legal department. The pages excluded here (1-27 and 70-72) are lengthy database lists of subjects, witnesses, etc. of no general interest.
