It’s been a good week for Senate hopeful Houston Mayor Bill White. Not only has he picked up 31 state rep endorsements, but at this weekend’s Democratic National Committee he was also the single highest-profile candidate present, perennially pressing the flesh.

In between pressing the flesh on the DNC floor, he took the time to discuss the Senate race, how he would operate in D.C., and the problems with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
