As you probably read in yesterday’s Chronicle, Gov. Rick Perry dropped by Troublemaker Studios last week to sign House Bill 873, the Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program reform bill. Legeland managed to catch up with bill author Rep. Dawnna Dukes, D-Austin, Texas Film Commission boss Bob Hudgins, and the space-faring Lord British himself, Richard Garriott after the signing to explain exactly why Texas needs a fully-functioning incentive program.
