Among the hundreds of simians who have called Primarily Primates home are a handful of celebrities:
Okko and Willie: The chimpanzees starred with Matthew Broderick in Project X
Punkin: The now-deceased orangutan was star of short-lived Hanna-Barbera TV show Going Bananas
Oliver: One of the Buckshire 12 lab chimps, he was a star of stage and screen, once touted as the “Humanzee,” and the “Missing Link” between man and ape. He walks upright and has a smaller head, and more defined nose and ears, features relatively more humanoid than most chimpanzees.
Air Force chimps: All descendants of the first chimps in space, Enos and Ham, were sent to Primarily Primates upon retirement.
