As the world’s eyes turn to Azerbaijan for the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29), Austin-based Texas Impact/Texas Interfaith Power & Light is sending video dispatches from the conference to the Chronicle.

This year’s United Nations climate negotiations are following at least one recent trend: a growing focus on methane. As faith climate leaders Christine Moffett and Becca Edwards discuss, reducing methane emissions would provide important short-term GHG reductions – and the technology is already available and affordable.
