Today, Will Wynn unveiled the city’s anti-global-warming initiative, the aforementioned climate-protection plan. And it’s pretty ambitious – calling for all city facilities, fleets, and operations to be “totally carbon-neutral by 2020.” Hmm, now that couldn’t have anything to do with authorizing the electric utility to buy land for a (cleaner burning) coal plant in Matagorda County, could it?
