This just in from the folks at South by Southwest regarding wristband sales:
Just text the word “join” to 47979 then as soon as wristbands go on sale you’ll be notified! They will be sold online only for $129 (includes sales tax) to Austin area residents until they sell out. (That’s $10 cheaper than last year!) In this first come, first-served sale, you may purchase up to two wristbands – one for yourself and one for a friend whose name and email you must provide at the time of purchase. All purchasers must use a credit card with a local billing address. The name on the credit card must be one of the wristband users.
Wristbands may be picked up at the Austin Convention Center during the event and will need to be attached at the time of pick-up. For more information, go here. The music festival schedule can be found here or in the Austin Chronicle this Thursday.
