High temperatures in the 70s provide the perfect opportunity for a nice picnic, whether a romantic tête-à-tête or a sprawling family reunion, and very few wines can beat the taste/value proposition than a nice Spanish rosé offers.

Marqués de Cáceres Rosé ($11) is one of the best wines you can choose. You should drink it cold, so it is refreshing. It has abundant red berry flavors and aromas which allows it to match up with almost any Texas dish. The price is right at the sweet spot for most of our readers. And because it is a huge brand, you can find it almost anywhere great wines are sold.

Many readers will have become fans of the great rosé wines from southern France. The Spanish versions generally offer more tannins and a rounder mouthfeel. The result is a wine better suited for our Tex-Mex foods and barbecue than almost any other rosés.
