On Friday, April 7, Swift Fit Events will open the doors of its new Texas Wellness Oasis at 918 Congress Avenue. Every Friday evening, folks can drop in for a zero-proof cocktail from Sans Bar, along with a free community sound bath.

Founder Lee Ackerley wanted to create a space where workers could decompress after a long week of corporate hustling. Texas Wellness will be available for rentals, complete with a rental space, Swift Fit programming, and instructors. Swift Fit’s offerings include yoga, sound baths, strength and conditioning sessions, crystal workshops, a make-your-own essential oils bar.

The April 7 event kicks off with a free sound bath at 5pm; Sans Bar pops up from 6-11pm.
