Uchiko’s Japanese-inspired cuisine has helped put Austin food on the national radar. But sushi and sashimi play second string to the creative flavor pairings in dishes like rosemary-smoked duck with candied citrus or pork-belly-and-egg sushi with a spicy citrus-soy sauce.
