For me, it was love at first bite. Henri’s Parrano Sandwich is a perfect grilled cheese. Gooey Gouda and cheddar melt into caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes. It all spills messily out of crispy, grilled sourdough. I tell myself I need to branch out and try other things there, but the Parrano keeps calling me back. – Rachel Feit
