The Texas Stars and the Abbotsford Heat will face off Friday (7:30pm) and Saturday (7pm) in Cedar Park. Friday is $2 draft and $1 hot dog night with an autograph session following the game. Saturday features the Family 4-Pack: four tickets, four hot dogs, and four soft drinks for a total of $44! The first 2,000 kids will receive a free Stars shirt on Saturday.

Both teams compete in the AHL’s Western Conference with the Stars currently tied with the third-most points in the conference while Abbotsford sits in the 10th spot in the conference standings. Get your tickets now.

The Dallas Stars recently assigned right-winger Ray Sawada to the Texas Stars. Sawada has played four games for Dallas and 30 for Texas this year.

Forward Perttu Lindgren leads the Stars in scoring with 28 points. His 19 assists are a team high in 43 games played. Lindgren has picked up three goals and three assists in his last three games. Center Aaron Gagnon is right behind Lindgren with 27 points in 44 games.
