ATX Tequila
Sold exclusively at Oldschool on William Cannon, Chris Liquors on South Lamar, and Kings Liquor on Burnet Rd.
atxtequila.net

ATX Tequila is a true artesanal tequila, small batch and free of additives. Born in the Highlands of Jalisco where the agave is enjoyed on hot days and cool nights for an even sweeter tasting tequila, distilled twice in Cooper, Alambique, resting for 30 days in stainless steel and 30 days in oak barrel for a smooth, flavorful finished taste. Enjoy it, Austin! It’s our tequila… ask for it by name.

La Canta

This frozen treat includes delicious cantaloupe and refreshing coconut flavors. Add all ingredients and a little bit of crushed ice to a blender. Blend for about 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh coconut shavings and a slice of melon.

2 oz ATX Tequila Blanco
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz coconut purée
3 oz Cantelope purée
3 dashes peychaud’s bitters

Sueños Spirits

Sold in and around the greater Austin area, Sueño de Atzo can be found on most Spec’s store shelves, in restaurants and bars.

If you’re hoping to branch out of margaritas made with Blanco tequila, try this twist on an old classic. The tasting notes of this artisanal tequila, made from stone oven-cooked agave — like dried cherries, oak, and Mexican chocolate — make this substitution a crowd favorite. Tip: Muddle your sugar cube with the bitters before incorporating for a velvety finish. Find Sueño de Atzo at MyFavoriteTequila.com

Atzo’s Old Fashioned
Ice, as needed
2 oz Sueño de Atzo Extra Añejo Tequila
1-2 sugar cubes, to taste
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: citrus twist and a maraschino cherry (optional)
