Not reviewed at press time. What more do we need to know about this movie than its notorious reputation as the project that brought Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas together? This screwball comedy is based on a Donald Westlake novel, and directed by the Oscar-winning Spanish director Fernando Trueba (Belle Epoque). In his Oscar acceptance speech, Trueba cited Billy Wilder as one of his greatest iinfluences. This comedy ought to show off what he’s learned from one of this master.
