Boy, did Netflix have another lousy week. Not only did the company announce Monday that it had lost 800,000 subscribers in the last quarter, but a rapping band of stuffed animals has now devoted a whole song to inspiring insurgency against the company.
That would be Austin’s own Charles Edward Cheese Band. VHS preservationists Tommy Swenson and Bryan Connolly directed “Down With Netflix,” which is dedicated to independent video stores and was filmed at Vulcan Video’s south location.
