OK, we admit it, the cover’s a tease – especially considering the traditional beaver shot’s, ahem, full disclosure. The Beaver‘s handlers are keeping the centerpiece film tightly under wraps until its world premiere on Wednesday, March 16, but we couldn’t help it: We’re excited about the Jodie Foster-directed dramedy about a troubled family, starring Foster, Mel Gibson, Anton Yelchin, and Jennifer Lawrence. We’re excited about the shades-of-Harvey vibe the trailer’s giving off – that’s a talking beaver, by the way. And we’re really excited about its screenwriter, Kyle Killen, a local boy not just made good, but on the fast track to better and better.
