Not reviewed at press time. Director Odette Springer is the former music supervisor for Roger Corman’s Concorde/New Horizons Pictures. She made this documentary to explore how she went “from Beethoven to B movies.” Questioning her own involvement in these “erotic/slasher/action” films, Springer (with co-director Johanna Demetrakas) interviews stars, directors, Corman, and others to find out why they all do what they do. She talks with top stars Maria Ford and Julie Strain about their ambivalent feelings for the industry’s nipple quotient and along the way uncovers some hidden childhood memories of her own.
