OHAYO!
2004, NR, 95 min.
Directed by Tom Alter, Narrated by , Voices by , Starring .

While it’s not Journeys With George, the 2004 presidential election takes center stage during a tour of the Midwest by Okinawa, Japan’s pixie punk screamers Bleach and Austin’s trombone crushing freight train Gorch Fock. Road shenanigans, the occasional cameo (Richard Buckner, Randy ‘Biscuit’ Turner), and performance footage are framed by blue collar pundits feeling/ignoring the pre-election tension, though OHAYO!’s real star is Focker Jason Morales’ aura-like Afro. That, and his “hot chick” tour diary. – Raoul Hernandez
