Time Warner has just added the Anime Network as part of their “video on demand interactive platform,” which means that between this, saving up for that Sanrio signature scooter you saw on J-List.com, and waiting for Katsuhiro Otomo’s Steamboy to be released stateside, you no longer have a life. But why venture out into the big room with the blue ceiling when you can bask in the likes of Full Metal Panic!, Gravion, and Neon Genesis Evangelion (what, no Rapeman?). And it’s free to all Time Warner Cable-Austin Digital subscribers on Channel 1214, so there’s no excuse not to say sayonara, sucker, to the Cartoon Network’s increasingly whack Toonami lineup.
