The Austin Film Society’s new series, “Lunatics and Lovers: Screwball Comedy of the Thirties,” runs Tuesdays, 7:30pm, at the Arbor Theatre (10000 Research Blvd.). The series’ finale, Dorothy Arzner’s The Wild Party, screens at the Alamo Drafthouse Downtown (409 Colorado) at 7pm. Admission is free to all films. All features will be preceded by a sound comedy short.
